These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cora Social mobile application (the "App"), operated by Things for People LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content
Attempt to access other users' accounts
Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the App
We may remove content or restrict access if these rules are violated.
4. User Content
You may submit content such as text, updates, or other materials through the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting content through the App, you grant us a limited license to store, display, process, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You are responsible for the content you post and for ensuring that it does not violate any laws or the rights of others.
5. Responsibility for User Content
Users are solely responsible for the content they post or share through the App. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content. Views expressed by users do not represent the views of Things for People LLC. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for User Content posted by users of the App.
6. Content Moderation
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, remove, or restrict access to any User Content or accounts that we believe violate these Terms or may harm other users, the App, or the public.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms or engage in harmful or abusive behavior.
We do not guarantee that all harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content will be removed.
7. Mental Health Disclaimer
The App is intended for personal reflection and social communication purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, or therapy.
The information and features provided in the App are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or believe you may need professional support, you should seek help from a qualified healthcare professional or contact your local emergency services.
Your use of the App does not create a therapist–patient, doctor–patient, or other professional healthcare relationship with Things for People LLC.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time within the App. When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Things for People LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without permission.
11. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the App.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Things for People LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.
13. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, secure, or free of errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.
14. Reporting
If you believe content on the App violates these Terms or may harm users, you may report it through the reporting tools within the App or by contacting us at nateclancy@gmail.com.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
