Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Things for People LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Minima Social mobile application (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to operate and improve the App.

Account Information

When you create an account using Sign in with Apple, we may receive:

  • Your Apple ID email address (which may be a private relay address)

  • A unique identifier associated with your Apple account

We do not receive or store your Apple ID password.

Information You Provide

We collect information that you voluntarily provide through the App, such as: Status updates, messages or shared content, profile information, feedback or support requests

Usernames

When you create an account, you choose a username (“handle”). Your username is used to identify you within the app and is visible to other users.

Your username may be:

  • searchable by other users within the app

  • displayed in connection with your activity (such as connections or interactions)

  • stored in a shared database that enables account discovery

As a result, your username should be considered public within the app environment.

We do not require additional personal information (such as your full name or profile photo) to use the core features of the app.

You can change your username (subject to availability) or delete your account, which will remove your username from our systems, subject to standard retention periods.

Because usernames are searchable, other users may be able to discover your account if they know or guess your handle. We take reasonable steps to limit abuse, including restricting excessive or automated access.

You should not include sensitive personal information in your username.

  • App interactions

  • Feature usage

  • Error or crash data

This information helps us improve the App.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and operate the App

  • Create and manage user accounts

  • Enable social features and content sharing

  • Improve performance and reliability

  • Respond to user support requests

  • Maintain the safety and integrity of the platform

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Information may be shared only in the following situations:

  • With service providers that help operate the App (such as hosting or analytics providers)

  • If required by law or legal process

  • To protect the safety, rights, or property of users or the public

4. User Content

Content you share in the App may be visible to other users depending on how the feature is designed.

You are responsible for the information you choose to share.

5. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information using industry-standard security practices.

However, no system can guarantee complete security.

6. Data Retention

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
